They have that mom and pop relationship down to their technicians who come to service your equipment. Charlene came out to solve an issue with our copier and I have never experienced such a calm, capable professional and warm person solving what seemed to be an unsolvable issue. It took a few visits to get the issue fixed but she made sure each visit was approached with the same positive attitude, calm demeanor and caring nature. If you get the chance to find a new vendor I would recommend going with DSI.
