Working with my team is great! I love that there is constant positive communication between everyone. I enjoy the Monday morning service huddle because it is very informative and it’s nice to hear what is new.

What do you like about working at DSI?
I love learning new things as work progresses throughout the entirety of DSI Technologies. It helped me grow my problem solving skills and sharpened my mind in stressful and time-sensitive issues.
What is it like working with your Supervisor?
Admittedly, I feel like a slave when it comes to working with my supervisor. I rarely take any days off and apparently taking a single day off using PTO is an issue when there’s nothing major scheduled for that day.
What is it like working with your Team?
It is amazing to work with my co-workers as they are incredibly helpful just as much as I am to them.
Do you feel like your contributions are valued?
I can’t fully answer that because I haven’t necessarily felt that when it comes to my supervisor.

I wish my supervisor would be more lenient in terms of PTO, because I feel like I’m suffering as a result to another coworker of mine who has taken a ridiculous amount of sick days, far more than what the Sick time allows.
