Randall, as always, was a great technician. Repairs are always performed well and he is friendly and easy to work with. This visit we had another machine I had not put in a ticket for yet and he serviced that machine as well with no complaint or issues. I have always considered Randall to be a top notch tech and his work continues to surpass my expectations.
