Julie started her career in retail management in the Pacific Northwest transitioning into Human Resources as a mid-career move. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Goerge Fox University, in Management of Human Resources and a master’s in Organizational Development at University of Phoenix. Julie brings an extensive operational management background with experience in all aspects of a human resources management position including, strategic planning, staffing planning including recruitment and retention programs, job design, compensation programs to include benefits planning and implementation, performance measurement systems, and organizational development. She has worked both as an internal HR professional and for several years as a human resources consultant in her own firm. With this opportunity came the chance to work with many businesses in a wide variety of industries.
