Document Solutions, Inc. (DSI) was founded in September 1997. We are headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico and have a fully staffed sales team and service office in both Albuquerque and Las Cruces. In the beginning, our core business was laser cartridge remanufacturing. Today, DSI is one of the fastest growing office equipment companies in the region. DSI has experienced a positive growth rate and is projected to achieve further growth in 2012.
DSI’s goal is to provide a “total office solution” for our customers. While remanufacturing is still one of our core fields, it only constitutes 15% of our total revenue. Over the past ten years, DSI has concentrated on expanding the business to include equipment sales and a dedicated service department staffed with certified technicians capable of meeting all of your support needs. We are also happy to be both a pioneer and leader in Print Fleet Management. Print Management programs help businesses save through reduction in printing and automation of supply orders. By streamlining the printing and networking process, we can reduce overall unrecorded costs. Our success in these areas can be attributed to our commitment to customer service. Our strategic partnerships have allowed us to offer our customers the benefits of a large corporation while maintaining the personalized service of a local, small business.
In an effort to achieve market growth and long-term stability, DSI has selected to showcase our primary office equipment manufacturers: Hewlett-Packard and Konica Minolta. We feel these products allow us to provide a complete solution for any scenario presented, which truly makes us a one stop shop for all of your office equipment needs.

Though Keith is well known in southern New Mexico, his greatest association is the title of “dad” to his two children, Austyn Leigh, a sophomore at New Mexico State University and Brent Matthew, a freshman at Las Cruces High School. Keith is the eldest of five children; he has a brother Steve, and three sisters Trish, Kristie and Melissa.
