DSI’s Response to COVID-19

Dear partner,

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts both our global and local communities, I wanted to take the opportunity to update you on the precautions we are taking to ensure continuity for you and your business.

DSI has an ongoing commitment to serve our employees and our customers. So, with nearly 20,000 employees and customers counting on us, it is important to note that DSI is and WILL be open for business. As the premier provider of imaging and technology solutions for small, medium, and large government and private businesses, you can rest assured that the performance of your DSI products—and the support you receive from our employees—will not be impacted.

We are continuing full business operations, and have plans in place to maintain those operations as the situation evolves. If office closures become necessary at any of our locations across NM and TX, we are prepared and expect there would be little to no impact on our ability to continue to provide the level of service excellence you have come to expect from us.

The safety of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to DSI, and we want to keep both our customers and our employees healthy while also maintaining the highest level of support and business continuity.
