Document Solutions, Inc. (DSI) was founded in September 1997.  We are headquartered in Albuquerque and have a fully staffed sales team and service office in Albuquerque and Las Cruces. In the beginning, our core business was laser cartridge remanufacturing. Today DSI is one of the fastest growing office equipment companies in the region. DSI has experienced a growth rate of 25% to 30% for the past five years, and is projected to achieve maintaining that level of growth in 2008, as well. DSI’s goal is to provide a “total office solution” for our customers. While remanufacturing is still one of our core businesses, it only constitutes 15% of our total revenue. Over the past seven years DSI has concentrated on expanding the business to include equipment sales and service. Our service department has grown at a rate of 30% per year and now accounts for 30% of total revenue. Last year we expanded our equipment sales 60% over the previous year. Our success in these areas can be attributed to our commitment to customer service. Our strategic partnerships have allowed us to offer our customers the benefits of a large corporation while maintaining the personalized service of a local small business. In an effort to achieve market growth and long-term stability, DSI has selected to showcase four primary office equipment manufacturers; Hewlett-Packard, Copystar/Kyocera, Panasonic and Xerox. We feel that these products allow us to provide a complete solution for any scenario presented, which truly makes us a one stop shop for all of your office equipment needs.
